One of the biggest days on any school calendar is Sports Day, with students looking forward to friendly competition over a range of sports and games.

今天我们迎来了校历上最重要的一天，运动会！

学生们期待着在老师们精心准备的体育项目及游戏项目中友好的“比赛”。

Following our warm-up with Mr Jackie, the MYP students looked to see who had the fastest feet in the 50m sprint, with Early Years and PYP cheering on all the competitors.

我们的体育老师Jackie带领大家在最开始时做了热身运动，比赛从MYP学生们的50米短跑赛中开始了，幼儿园部及小学部的学生们开心的为哥哥姐姐们加油呐喊着。

Following the sprints all students moved with their class through a series of 7 stations, that included The Wet Spong Squeeze, Sack Race, Dress Up Relay and Soccer Skill Drill. While students had a range of favourite activities, for most it was a tough choice between soaking Ms Amber with water balloons, or the Rolling Spong.

短跑赛结束后，全体学生都开始出动，体验不同的7个游戏项目站。包括海绵挤压、袋鼠跑、盛装接力赛、足球技能训练等等。尽管每个活动学生们都很喜欢，但是在扔水球和海绵挤压的游戏中很难选择。

Sports day’s highlight each year is the Students V Teachers Soccer. The teachers were confident of maintaining their unbeaten record. However, the students had their own reason to be confident, with Mr Jackie by their side, and on the whistle. Despite Ms Sarah’s rock solid defences, the teachers couldn’t overcome the students skill and speed, and it was time for the students to finally raise their arms in triumph.

每年运动会的亮点是学生VS教师的足球赛。老师们有信心保持不败的记录。然而，学生们也相当有信心，因为Mr.Jackie和他们站在一边，吹着口哨。尽管Ms Sarah老师的防守技巧很棒，但是还是无法战胜学生们的技巧和速度，最后学生们举起了胜利的双手！
